Program Description

VoiceAnswers sends transactional SMS messages to two audiences:

• Business owners — call activity alerts, order/appointment confirmations, and account notifications
• Callers — post-call confirmations (order confirmations, appointment confirmations) when the business has SMS notifications enabled

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on call activity and notification preferences. Business owners typically receive 1–20 messages per day depending on call volume. Callers receive a single confirmation message per call interaction.

Opt-In Disclosure

Opt-In Method

• Business owners opt in by enabling SMS notifications in their dashboard at app.voiceanswers.ai (Settings → Notifications)
• Callers are informed during the AI phone call that they may receive a confirmation SMS and can decline

How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately
• Business owners can also disable SMS notifications in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications

Supported opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, REVOKE
